Where do you ship to?
At this time we only ship within Canada.
What are your shipping rates?
Flat rate shipping of $7.00 on all orders!
Shipping rates are calculated automatically by Canada Post based on destination, weight and size of package. Canada Post Expedited Parcel and Canada Post Xpresspost will appear as options during the checkout process.
What is Blue Mountain Supply Co's return policy?
We will gladly exchange, credit or refund the purchase if returned within 30 days of the original shipping date along with the original receipt. The item/s must be new, in its original condition, in the original unopened packaging with the original tags and tickets attached. No returns if the merchandise has been used or worn. Refunds without original receipt will not be accepted. No refunds on sale merchandise.
Can I purchase items in-stores?
Yes! We have a physical location in the Blue Mountain Village at the base of Blue Mountain Resort. Visit our Contact Us page for details.
Can I use a Blue Mountain Resort gift card to pay for my purchase?
Yes and no. At this time you cannot apply the gift card directly on our site, but you can use a Blue Mountain gift card at our physical location.

When checking out follow these steps:
- Select "Ship" and input the Westin Trillium House address and postal code - 220 Gord Canning Drive L9Y 0V9
- Select "Local Delivery"
- Input your cell phone number and the first and last name on your Westin Trillium House room reservation.
When your item (s) arrive, a Westin Trillium House front office associate will deliver to your room.

We require the first and last name on the room reservation. A cell phone number is also needed in the event a store associate or delivery associate needs to contact you.

What if a product is missing or damaged?

How long will my products take to be delivered?
Same day delivery when you order before 6PM. Any orders placed after 6PM will arrive in-room the following day.
