These are approximate sizes to be used as a guide to size clothing. Measurements refer to body size, not garment dimensions - with the exception of inseam - and are in inches taken from commercial sizes.

Adult Fit Guide

For women ordering Adult sizing, we recommend selecting one size down from what you would order in women's sizing chart. For example, if a woman is typically a medium in women's sizing, we recommend she order an Adult small.

How To Measure

Chest/Bust
Measure around the fullest part of chest. Keep measuring tape horizontal.

Waist
Measure around the narrowest part, typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side. Keep the tape horizontal.

Sleeves
Bend your arm at 90 degrees. Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, across the shoulder and down your arm to the wrist.

Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

Inseam
Measure from the inside of your leg from the crotch straight to the base of your leg, including the cuff.
